1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) is to define the terms and conditions for reserving vehicles via the Zenycar platform (website or mobile application).
Zenycar acts as a broker, connecting users with partner professional rental companies.
2. Services offered
Zenycar allows:

Consulting "all-inclusive" vehicle rental offers

Online booking with secure payment

Receipt of a rental voucher to present to the partner rental company
3. How the reservation works
Reservations are made in a few steps:

Choice of location, dates and type of vehicle

Displaying available offers

Online payment via our secure system

Receive confirmation by email and/or in the app
The final rental contract is established between the customer and the partner rental company when the vehicle is collected.
4. Rates and payment
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT and include:

Comprehensive insurance (CDW, TP, civil liability, etc.)

Total deductible repurchase (€0 fees in the event of an accident or theft)

24/7 assistance, tire, window and roof protection
Payment is made in full at the time of booking.
No hidden fees will be charged by Zenycar.
5. Modification / Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the pick-up date (except for non-cancellable offers indicated).

In case of late cancellation or no-show, no refund is guaranteed.

6. Liability
Zenycar acts as an intermediary and does not supply the vehicles directly.
The customer agrees to respect the rental company's conditions, in particular:

Present a valid driver's license

Be of the minimum age required

Provide a credit card in the driver's name if required
Zenycar cannot be held responsible:

In the event of refusal of rental by the partner

In case of a problem occurring after the vehicle has been taken over
7. Personal data
Data is collected in compliance with the GDPR, for the purposes of managing reservations, customer service, and sending commercial information if you have consented.

8. Disputes – applicable law
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing this, the courts of the registered office of Zenycar will have jurisdiction.
French law is applicable.
